Welcome to my blog! Thank you for being here : )

To easily find what you are looking for, click the green magnifying glass at the top-right hand side, and enter the keyword of your query. Please understand that if the word you input is not on this site, nothing will appear.
If you'd like to see my posts in a specific month/year and other stuff, you can hit the three green horizontal lines arranged vertically at the top left-hand side.
By touching the words below “Touch More” on the photo above, you’ll be directed to a page (blog post) related to that word.
The photo above is what you’ll see as you hit the 3 green horizontal lines (described above). If you’ll hit “YenAlia’s Story” you’ll see a blog post about me and this blog. When you hit “YENALIA” or “VIEW PROFILE”, you’ll be brought to another page with details about me including my favorite books, movies, and songs.
Once you scroll up (if you’re using a smartphone) you’ll see the features on the photo above (left-hand side). By clicking the down arrow beside “Select Language” under “Translate” different languages will appear (more details below).
Below “Links About Me” are words linked to other sites including my social media accounts (but I am not an active social media user). My purpose in using those platforms is to see how people are doing (especially my family and friends) and act on matters which I think are relevant and can affect others’ lives. I’m over with posting selfies and useless stories. I found my purpose and that became my priority.
If you want to connect with me or there are things you’d like to say, you can use the “Contact Form” which can be found after the links about me. It might take days before I can reply to your message, but I’ll certainly reply (unless the message is a scam). I received a message once asking for help. I can relate to the story shared, but the introduction seemed off, so I looked for the email of the sender on Google search. Thankfully, there are posts about that email, and they said it’s a scam. That message was put on Spam, but there are some emails from sites I use that are put in that category. I think that email is not that dangerous because there’s no warning when I open it unlike the email I tried to open, and then a pop-up appeared with a warning. I am not certain about what I said. Maybe I tried to reply to that scam and that’s when the warning popped. I’m confused, but I learned a lesson.
By scrolling more and hitting the down arrow beside “Archive” (see the photo above), you’ll see months with the year. As you hit one of those months, you’ll be brought to a page where my posts on that month/year are displayed.
Scroll further
You’ll see the “Labels” I used when you scroll further from “Archive”. As you hit the down arrow (besides “Labels”), you’ll see the words shown in the photo above. By hitting one of the words, you can see posts labeled with that word.
By hitting the green words, a new page will open. “Heads Up” will bring you to a post where you’ll know what’s ahead (the content of this blog including tips). When you hit “TOUCH MORE”, you’ll see the content of the blog post with the title found above “Heads Up”.
Let’s go back to “Translate”
If you want to read the contents of this page in a different language, you can use “Translate”. Hit the down arrow beside “Select Language” and different languages will appear. Choose the language you want to use and hit it.
Romania topped on my Blogger Stats Pageviews in the first week of July. I don't have any idea about Romania, especially the language used in that place so I chose the "Romanian" language.
I also want to see how the Filipino translation looks so I then choose “Filipino”.
Japan was also in the Stats so I tried the Japanese translation.
I want to learn the Arabic language, so I also chose Arabic to see how my blog looks with that language. Starting from the left is the right way to read Arabic words (as far as I remember).
Hindi, the language in India is also fascinating. My friend likes Indian movies so I selected “Hindi” to see.
Cebuano (or Bisaya) is my native language, but I’m not good at writing using this dialect. The translation above made me smile : ). That translation made me realize that the vocabulary of my native language is limited because it varies from place to place.
Because of the Spanish colonizers, we are quite familiar with the Spanish language. There are even words that are similar to the Filipino language. Like the word “Diario” in the photo above (the difference is the spelling).
